61 countries offers visa-free travel for Filipinos
According to Passport Index, the Philippines passport has a visa-free score of 61.
Passport Index recently released the list of most powerful passports in 2017, and Germany, with a score of 159, was placed first, followed by Sweden and Singapore, both placed second with 158 points.

Looking only at the subcontinent countries, we find the Indian passport to be the strongest, with 48 points, followed by Sri Lanka at 38 points. Bangladesh comes next with 37 points, while Pakistan has only 27 points.
These points, called 'visa-free score' by Passport Index, indicate the countries where the respective passport holder can travel without visa, or with visa on arrival.
Yesterday we looked at the countries where Pakistani passport holders can travel without visa or with visa on arrival. Today, we look at Filipino passport holders.
